Ordering
Retail Orders -We have made it very simple for you to order. When you
find the items you wish to order, select the colour & size options and then
click on the button Add to Cart. This will take you to the View Cart page. If
you wish to order more items click on "Continue Shopping". Once you complete
your order click on the
Wholesale Orders- Before you can order wholesale, you must register
online. We will activate your account usually the same day and send you an email
informing you that your account is now opened and you may order. When you next
visit our site, click on the "Wholesale" button an lo in using the email address
and password that you used in the when you registered. You can now order
wholesale. You will be able to see the wholesale prices. Once you have completed
ordering click on the "Checkout" button. This will take you to the payments
page. You can pay using any of the popular credit cards or Paypal.
Shipping
Retail orders- We have a flat rate of £2.99 for all retail orders
Wholesale Orders- We ship by TNT or Fedex. The shipping charge will
depend on what you ordered and to where it is being shipped to. Bulky items such
as displays will cost more.
Payment Methods
Credit cards- We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
Payment to our Bank Account- You can pay to one of our bank accounts in
UK, USA or German. When paying please enter your name & order number on the
reference part of the payment slip. Our details are:

How
to Order:
Credit Card Orders:
When placing your order at
Avantgarde Jewels you will find
our site easy to work with. Just
click on the item you wish to
order, choose the colour and
size preference. After you
choose your colour and size
choices, click on order. You can
now edit the quantity or
continue shopping. When you are
done adding items to your chart,
just click check out. Enter any
coupons or gift certificate
codes in the provided space.
Enter payment options and choose
shipping options. When you have
entered all information, just
click place order and you are
done.
Paypal.com Orders:
Paypal.com is one of our
preferred methods of payment.
Once you are done adding items
to your cart. proceed to
checkout. Choose "paypal" under
the method of payment area. This
will allow you to checkout
completely. Within 24 hours of
the receipt of your order, we
will forward a payment request
to you through the Paypal.com
system. Simply follow the
directions in that email and
your order will ship immediately
after we receive confirmation of
your payment.
Search Tips:
Try to be as specific as
possible. Remember to check
spelling. If you want a Flower
Design Navel Ring or a Frog
Piercing just type in Flower or
Frog. It will bring up related
things, making your search
shorter.
Product Quality:
All of our product are high
quality and surpass all quality
requirements. We want your
customers to be able to wear our
jewellery on a daily basis with
confidence. All of our products
go through various stages of
quality checking to ensure that
your customer receives a product
that they will be satisfied
with. All of our Surgical Steel
piercing is made from 316L grade
surgical steel and our Sterling
Silver is guaranteed 925
Sterling Silver. You can order
with confidence, knowing that
you are getting a great product
at the best prices, hassle
free.
Retail Orders:
There are no minimum for retail
orders. Simply select the items
you like, choose the size/colour
options where required and click
on Add to Cart. Make the payment
and we will ship to you fast.
Wholesale Orders:
All wholesale orders within the
United Kingdom are shipped by
next day guaranteed service.
Usually we ship wholesale orders
within 5-7 working days. We need
this time to select the items,
final quality check and pack. If
something is not in order we
will contact you. We do keeps
lots of stocks but of course
some items may run out.
For wholesale orders within
Europe we ship by registered
post. For USA and other
countries, we ship by Fedex.
Shipping:
Shipping Time
Most of our items are in stock
at all times. Because of this,
we currently ship 95% of our
orders the same day or the next
business day after you place it.
If an item happens to be on back
order, we will notify you
immediately. Allow usually upto
2-5 working days for delivery.
Most items will be delivered
next day if we receive the order
before 12 noon.
Tracking Your Package
We will email you the tracking
number and information on how to
track your order.
Shipping Rates
We have a flat shipping cost of
£2.99 for all
retail orders. Shipping costs
for wholesale orders will vary
depending on what you have
ordered and the destination.
Displays and heavy items will
cost more for shipping.
Canadian Orders And P.O.
Boxes
Canadian orders are welcome. P.
O Box is no problem for problems
for retail orders. However, for
wholesale orders we require a
street address. Fedex and other
couriers we use for wholesale
orders will not deliver to PO
Box address.

are 14 gauge unless otherwise
